The Boy Wonders

I am so loving this picture of Roddy Frame right now.

Was flipping through some of my rock books recently and found it in The Rock Yearbook 1984, kind of a year-end round-up of the UK music scene. It made me think of my friend Steve's poem about a beloved Aztec Camera single ("Oblivious" b/w "Orchid Girl"), which captures a similar moment extraordinarily well. It's in his rather wonderful book of poetry.
