In A Nutshell

[WFMU Record Fair finds]

After going out to so many shows (including two earlier this week -- reviews forthcoming), it's nice to spend a couple of nights at home listening to some of the records old and new that I picked up at the WFMU Record Fair the weekend before last. Lazy 'ol me doesn't feel like cataloging my finds, so I spread everything out on the floor and snapped this picture (click to enlarge). Even though you can't read the titles too well, I'd imagine plenty of you could guess at least half of these, right... right?

I recognize The Chills, +/-, and Colin Newman. What else is in there?

Oh, upon closer inspection I see Jazz Butcher, Bob Mould, The Beat Poets, Prefab Sprout, The Go-Betweens, Blake Babies...umm, that's all I can make out. Help us out with the rest.

I also see Orange Juice...and is that an AR Kane cd in the upper left?

The Jazz Butcher LP was all the better a find at only $2 -- score!

Here's the rest:

Silkworm 7", Man From Delmonte 12", Wanna Buy A Bridge? Rough Trade US comp LP, 14 Iced Bears CD, The Natural History CD, Secret Machines CD (nope, not AR Kane), Gazetteers CD, Family Fodder 3" CD single.

Also, while these artists have been mentioned above, that would be two Orange Juice LPs, two Colin Newman LPs and a Jazz Butcher CD in addition to the LP.
